These terms govern your use of agapimedia.com and describe the general basis on which Agapi Media, LLC ("Agapi") provides services. Client engagements are governed by a written agreement or statement of work; where it differs from these terms, the written agreement controls.
Using the website
The site, its content, and the developer cost calculator are provided for general information and do not constitute a quote or professional advice. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by unauthorized means.
Services
Agapi provides managed software development, integration, automation, AI, and web services. Scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables are set out in each engagement's written agreement. Invoices are payable as stated on the invoice; recurring services are billed monthly through Stripe and may be cancelled as set out in the agreement.
Text message (SMS) alerts
Agapi's internal monitoring system sends text alerts to Agapi staff about the health of client websites it manages. By agreeing to receive these alerts, a staff member consents to receive automated text messages from Agapi at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
- Messages are operational alerts only (for example, "site down" and "resolved"). No marketing messages are sent.
- Frequency varies with site activity; typically fewer than ten messages a month.
- Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP or email info@agapimedia.com for help.

Intellectual property
The site's design, text, and code are owned by Agapi or its licensors. Ownership of work product delivered to clients is defined in the engagement agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agapi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Liability under a client engagement is as set out in that engagement's agreement.
Governing law and changes
