Agapi Media, LLC ("Agapi", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through agapimedia.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact form and calculator. When you contact us or request a quote, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, company, and the details of your request.
- Client accounts. For clients, we hold the business and billing information needed to deliver and invoice our services. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and referring site, using cookies. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser, and time of request for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide our services.
- To invoice clients and keep business records.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To send service communications, such as project updates and invoices. We do not send marketing text messages.
Text message (SMS) alerts
Agapi operates an internal monitoring system that sends text-message alerts to Agapi staff when a client website we manage has a problem, such as an outage or a failed contact form, and again when it is resolved. These messages go only to Agapi employees who have agreed to receive them. A staff member is added by an administrator in our internal dashboard, receives a confirmation text, and gets no alerts until that confirmation is accepted.
- Message frequency varies with site activity; typically fewer than ten messages a month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving alerts. Reply HELP for help, or email info@agapimedia.com.
- Mobile numbers used for alerts are not shared with third parties for marketing and are not sold.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy commitments: Amazon Web Services (hosting, email, and text-message delivery), Cloudflare (DNS), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics), and Microsoft 365 (email and documents). We may also disclose information when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we have a business relationship or a legal reason to retain them. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or opt out of communications, by emailing info@agapimedia.com. Our site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
